Christmas was lovely (even though I ended up with the flu). And look at what I unwrapped on Christmas Eve! I just took it out of the box and I'm super excited, but there's one little problem... I have no idea how to use it! I guess I have some instructions reading ahead of me. Sigh, I hate reading instructions.
I received the exact same toy for Christmas! I've only heard good things about this model. I was expecting it, but now that I actually have a serger I'm terrified to touch it. Good luck to us both...
ReplyDeleteyeeey.. congrats.. i wish i can get such an awesome christmas present.. but, that's not gonna happen, i expect a mug.. or two mugs.. and a bottle of vodka.. wish you luck with the instructions :)
ReplyDeletewhat an excellent Christmas present! Sorry to hear you were ill, hopefully you're feeling a bit better by now. I have to confess, it took me about 4 years to read the instruction manual on mine...I don't recommend waiting that long! Hahah!
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear you weren't well, but brilliant news on the present front. Read the manual, watch the DVD (if you don't have the DVD the videos are available on youtube)and enjoy your serger.
ReplyDeleteHow exciting!? I also got some things from my sewing wish list... but not a serger. I am wanting one but don't know which brand to go with. How did you decide on that particular serger model?
ReplyDeleteI have the same model and I was struggling for a while, even after reading the instructions. You should take a look at the video included! it was faaaaaar much better.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy it!
lucky you! I want one too!
