Hello again

Searching for an apartment in the Bay Area is not a whole lot of fun. After over a month of looking, feeling discouraged, and with time running out, we lucked out and found the perfect place. Our one bedroom apartment has some touches that remind me of my grandparent's home, such as the magnolia tree out back and the globe light in our hall, plus some new great stuff like a window box! And a small office for sewing! And tons of natural light!

So here it is, my new sewing space!

New sewing spaces mean new sewing projects. Believe me, I have plenty to share in the coming days! I'm super excited to finally dive back into the online sewing community!

  1. Oh so glad you found a place! Although where I come from... that 'little office space' would have been classed as a second bedroom, hehe. It's gorgeous!!

  3. Looks like a great space, it's so wonderful to have a designated room to create in! I LOVE your ironing board, never seen one quite like it. Fun materials; I'm about to start a Tova, and just got the Shabd book too! Seriously the most inspiring craft book I've seen in a while.

    1. The ironing board is from my grandma's house, so I'm guessing it was purchased back in the 60s. Good luck with your Tova, I had fun making mine!
